1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sapora mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by HenryWorkshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sapora is a recipe management app that allows you to:

• Extract recipes from video URLs shared from social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Store, organize, and browse your saved recipes
• Plan meals using a weekly meal planner
• Find grocery deals on recipe ingredients

3. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest (anonymous account) or create a registered account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

All users receive 15 free AI recipe extractions. Registered users have access to all core features including recipe storage, meal planning, and grocery deals at no cost.

Sapora Pro

Pro subscriptions ($5.99/month or $49.99/year) provide unlimited AI-powered recipe extractions from video URLs.

Token Packs

One-time token packs are available for additional recipe extractions without a subscription.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription in your device's store settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Submit URLs containing malicious content
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the URLs you share and the recipes extracted from them. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your URLs and store extracted recipes for the purpose of providing the Service.

Third-Party Content

Recipes are extracted from third-party videos. Sapora does not claim ownership of original video content. We extract recipe information (ingredients, instructions) as factual data for personal use. If you are a content creator and believe your rights have been infringed, contact us at the email below.

Our Content

The Sapora app, website, logo, and related materials are the property of HenryWorkshop. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Grocery Deal Information

Grocery deal data is provided for informational purposes only. Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of deal information. Always verify prices at the store.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Recipe extractions will be 100% accurate
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Nutritional information will be precise
• Grocery deal information will be current

Always use your best judgment when following extracted recipes, especially regarding allergens and dietary restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HenryWorkshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the app. Upon deletion, all your personal data, recipes, and meal plans will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's store settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
